Use Of The Service

  • NextStepa is provided for personal home inventory and maintenance tracking.
  • You agree not to misuse, interfere with, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt the service.
  • You must not upload malware, spam, illegal content, or content that violates the rights of others.

User Content And Data

  • You retain ownership of the content you submit, subject to the rights you grant us to host, store, process, and display it so we can operate the service.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that the content you upload is lawful and that you have the right to share it.
  • We may remove or restrict content that appears abusive, unlawful, or harmful to the service or other users.

Subscriptions And Billing

  • Some features may be offered under paid plans. Pricing, features, and limits may change over time.
  • If you purchase a subscription, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the applicable fees, taxes, and recurring amounts until you cancel.
  • Cancellation usually takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless we state otherwise.

The NextStepa name, logo, and application design are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission except as allowed by law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if we reasonably believe you violated these terms, created risk or legal exposure for us or others, or if we need to do so to protect the service.

Indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NextStepa from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.
